ticket to work program

If you have already approved for disability from Social Security and currently receiving monthly cash benefits, you are eligible for Social Security's Ticket To Work program.  Ticket To Work is part of your disability benefits package, along with monthly cash benefits and health insurance benefits through Medicaid or Medicare.  Employment Network (EN) services help you explore the possibility of doing some kind of gainful work again (or maybe for the first time).  Social Security built important protections into participating in an EN program.  The most basic requirement is to be willing to explore work options and try to work within your abilities.  Your benefits are protected while you try work and you are not "on your own."

BENEFITS COUNSELING

Once you have been awarded Social Security disability, it is important to understand all of your benefits.  Besides monthly cash benefits, you may qualify for health insurance coverage (Medicaid or Medicare before age 65), special financial incentives for trying work when you feel ready (Trial Work Period), help from professionals to try out work (Ticket To Work), eligibility for other state and federal assistance programs (TANF, SNAP, HUD, LIHEAP), transportation discounts, among others.  Benefits can be complicated.  You might be missing out on some important benefits - and it could cost you money.  It's good to know that you have expert services to help you navigate all of the benefits you are eligible to receive. Contact us for details.

DISABILITY CLAIM REPRESENTATION

The process of filing for Social Security disability benefits is complicated, and we’re not just talking about checking the boxes on a form. With Social Security disability, the rules for being found eligible are different depending on your age, your work history, even your education.  We walk you through the entire process right from your phone.  We take pride in clearly explaining and navigating the often foggy landscape of eligibility rules for disabilities of all types. We help you file your claim, submit important records, deal with Social Security on your behalf - even appear with you before an Administrative Law Judge if necessary.   Our fees are set by Social Security.  There are no "up-front" costs and no fee if we do not win your case.
